Clients should deposit sufficient initial margin /premium before opening positions.
If a client deposits cheque into our bank account, the client can open position after the cheque has been cleared. |

Clients are required to notify us about their deposit via one of the following channels:-
Give deposit notice in “Client Zone” via our website (recommend) or
Fax the bank-in slip to us at 2850 8463, please write down client futures account number and client name on it or
Notify us by the phone at 3601 3737. |
Clients are required to send us fund withdrawal instruction via one of the following channels:-
Send us a withdrawal instruction via our website (recommend) or
Download “Fund Withdrawal Instruction” form via our website , fill out the form and fax it to us at 2850 8463 before 12:00 noon.
** Instruction received after 12:00 noon will be handled on the next business day. |
Clients are required to deposit sufficient Initial Margin and maintain sufficient cash balance above the required Maintenance Margin level.
Clients will receive our margin call via telephone or e-mail if the net balance of his/her Futures Account falls below the Maintenance Margin level.
Clients should deposit/transfer the required margin call amount within the same day or instruct us to close out positions. Otherwise, clients' positions may be closed out by us at our discretion. We reserve the right to close out part or all of clients' positions if they fail to meet the required margin call amount. |
Clients will receive a daily and monthly statement as confirmation via e-mail if any fund movement/ trade is executed. |
