Customer could deposit fund(1)into our designated bank accounts by the following methods:

| Customer can visit our Settlement counter and pay by cheque. |
*Customer who transfer through interbank transfer(Chats) please note that the transfer will normally delay.
(1) Only bank account as held by you shall be used
Cheque shall be made payable to “Convoy Investment Services Limited”.
Cheque received after 2:00p.m. cut off time will be handled on the next business day

For customer who deposit fund into the designated accounts by one of the above methods, please choose one of the followings to notify our company.

Notify us via “Client Zone” website |
Fax the deposit slips with details of account name and account number (Fax no.:2850 8463) |
Inform us by phone immediately after deposit, please provide the details including account name, account number and ID card number (Tel no.: 3601 3737) |
Visit our Settlement counter and provide the deposit slips personally; |
Scan the deposit slips (write down account name and number)and email to our E-mail address (cisinfo@convoy.com.hk). |

For cheque deposit, if the amount is above HK$50,000, the deposit will be credited to your account after 4pm of the second working day.
