Account Opening

Please fill in all requested information in the client agreement and sign at the relevant place and provide the followings:

2) your latest residential address proof from the recent 3 months such as water bill, electricity bill , etc |

2) your latest residential address proof from the recent 3 months |
A) M&A (with certified by Director / Lawyer)
B) Register of Shareholder (with certified by Director / Lawyer)
C) Register of Director (with certified by Director / Lawyer)
1) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation, certified by a Director or Company Secretary to be true copy;
2) Copy of current Business Registration Certificate certified by a Director or the Company Secretary to be true copy;
3) Copy of Company Certificate of Establishment;
4) Photocopies of HKID Cards or passport (marked "COPY"), of each of the Directors and personnel authorized to operate the account;
5) Address proof of authorized person;
6) Meeting Agenda;
7) Latest Financial Statement

| Please send the following documents by post to our Customer Services Department at

Taikoo Shing,Hong Kong
1) Completed Account Opening form with signature
2) Copy of HKID/passport
3) Proof of residential address (from the recent 3 months)
4) Your personal crossed cheque in the sum not less than HK$10,000.00 made payable to “Convoy Investment Services Limited”. (your cheque should be issued by a Hong Kong registered bank bearing your name identical to your identity documents and your signature identical to the signature shown on the Account Opening Form).
5) If client does not send us a personal crossed cheque, client should arrange any other licensed or registered person, a notary public, a lawyer or a certified public accountant to certify your signed customer information form and related identity document. |
Note:
The account opening procedure will normally take seven working days. Once the account opening is approved, you will be assigned an account number. The online/electronic trading account client will also receive the login password in his/her designated email address for logging in the trading platform.
